Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using The Wolf ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and The Wolf ("Company," "we," "us").

2. Description of Service

The Wolf is an AI-powered deal diagnosis and rescue platform for B2B sales professionals. The Service analyzes deal information you provide and generates diagnoses, rescue plans, scripts, and coaching feedback using artificial intelligence.

Important: The Wolf provides AI-generated analysis and suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service. You are solely responsible for your sales decisions and actions. We make no guarantees about deal outcomes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or prompts used by the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying usage limits. Pricing, features, and limits for each tier are described on our Pricing page.

• Free Trial: You receive a limited number of diagnoses at no cost, with no credit card required.
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing page. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Your Data

What we collect

When you use the Service, we collect and store the deal information you submit (company names, deal details, stakeholder information, problem descriptions) and the AI-generated diagnoses, plans, and scripts produced for you.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you - generating diagnoses, maintaining your deal history, and improving your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI processing

Your deal data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Per Anthropic's API terms, data sent through their API is not used to train their models. We do not share your data with any other third-party AI provider.

CRM integrations

If you connect a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or other supported providers), we access only the deal data needed to pre-fill your intake form via OAuth. We do not bulk-export your CRM data or access information beyond what is necessary.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI prompts, methodologies, and deal archetypes, is owned by The Wolf and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the deal information you submit. The AI-generated outputs (diagnoses, rescue plans, scripts) are provided to you for your personal and professional use. You may use, copy, and share these outputs as you see fit, but you may not resell them as a competing service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated analyses, diagnoses, or rescue plans will be accurate, complete, or result in any particular deal outcome. The Service provides suggestions based on the information you provide - results depend on data quality, execution, and factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST DEALS, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Wolf and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
